There’s a family we grew up with in the city that would sometimes join us for a vacation in Talisay. We’re still in contact, and their sister is my best friend. We’re like family because I have known them since 1973. They were our neighbors in the apartment and the kids were our playmates. We now have our own families and are in different parts of the world but the love still remains.
